Palestine Museum US is proud to host a multi-national art festival.
Join us on October 30th, 2021 as we begin Jabal (mountain) Al Risan Festival of Forbidden Life, an ongoing celebration of life, dreams, and Al Risan’s beauty. The festival will include a series of live and pre-recorded exhibits presented by Palestinian and international artists. We will be streaming live from the mountain itself and presenting pre-recorded and live segments from Canada, Ireland, Lebanon, Italy, and the US.
The exhibits and events will include Dance, Poetry, Theater, Film, Music, Storytelling, Fine Arts (Painting and embroidery), Fire, and Cooking demonstration (bread making & Maklouba).
The festival will be streamed live from 12 PM to 10 PM (Palestine time) on October 30, 6 AM to 4 PM in New York. (FYI: Palestine is changing clocks on Oct. 29th; to daylight savings time.)
