On Friday, December 6 members of the Alliance for Water Justice in Palestine joined the New Hampshire Palestinian Education Network (PEN) for a protest in Merrimack NH targeting the leading Israeli defense contractor, Elbit Systems.
Elbit's "field-proven" technology providing the sensors for Israel's apartheid wall won it a contract to create a surveillance system along the Arizona border with Mexico. Elbit also produces military armaments and drones - and as we stood with our signs and banners along the edge of its New Hamphire headquarters, a drone flew over us and then dodged away as we tried to take pictures of it with our cellphones.
